Calrows
Terms of service

These terms apply to the Calrows Google Sheets add-on and this website. By installing or using Calrows you agree to them.
The service
Calrows syncs data between Google Sheets and Google Calendar in your own Google account. It runs inside Google's Apps Script platform and depends on Google's services and limits. We do not control Google's quotas, outages or policy changes and cannot guarantee availability.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan is limited as described on the pricing page and inside the add-on. Limits may change with notice on the pricing page.
- The Pro plan is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to the transaction. Prices exclude any tax Paddle is required to add.
- Pro is tied to the Google account email entered at checkout. It cannot be shared between accounts.
- You may cancel at any time. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are offered within 7 days of the first purchase on request.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the data in your sheets and calendars. Calrows changes calendar events only as instructed by your sheet and your clicks. Review the Sync Log after a run.
- "Remove events for deleted rows" and automatic sync with removal enabled will delete calendar events that Calrows created for rows that no longer exist. Use them deliberately.
- Do not use Calrows to send unsolicited invitations or to violate Google's terms.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Calrows is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed events, lost profits or any indirect damages arising from use of the add-on. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update the add-on, these terms and the pricing. Material changes will be announced on this website. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using Calrows at any time by uninstalling it and revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the operator's registered location.
