Calrows
Updated 4 October 2026
Content calendars usually live in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Put the publish dates on the team's Google Calendar instead, colour-coded by platform, and keep the sheet as the place where you plan.
| Title | Start | All day | Description | Color | Guests |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram: product teaser | 2026-10-14 | TRUE | Carousel, 5 slides | pink | [email protected] |
| Blog: autumn guide | 2026-10-16 | TRUE | Draft in Docs | blue | [email protected] |
| Newsletter | 2026-10-17 10:00 | FALSE | Send at 10:00 | green |
Use all-day events for publish dates, or a time if the post goes out at a set hour. Pick a colour per platform so the calendar reads at a glance.
Moved a post? Change the date in the sheet and send again, or drag it in Google Calendar and use Pull Calendar changes to write the new date back into the row. Either way there is only ever one event per post.
The free plan creates up to 50 new events a month, and its limits are shown in the sidebar before anything runs. Pro is unlimited and a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
Yes. Then click Pull Calendar changes and the new dates are written back into the sheet.
Put their email in Guests and they are added as guests on that post's event.
Yes. Calrows reads your own headers; you map them once.
