Calrows
Updated 4 October 2026
Schools, tutoring centres and teachers often plan the term in a spreadsheet. Calrows turns that timetable into calendar events, so classes, rooms and teachers show up where people actually check their day.
Use one row per lesson, with the date and time in Start and End:
| Title | Start | End | Location | Guests | Color |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maths: Year 9 | 2026-10-12 09:00 | 2026-10-12 09:50 | Room 4 | [email protected] | blue |
| Chemistry: Year 10 | 2026-10-12 10:00 | 2026-10-12 10:50 | Lab 2 | [email protected] | green |
| Half-term break | 2026-10-26 | 2026-10-30 | grey |
For a whole-day item like a holiday, add an All day column and put TRUE. Calrows puts all-day events on the right dates in any time zone.
Teachers in the Guests column are added as guests on their lessons. Change a room or a time in the sheet and send again: the lesson updates instead of appearing twice.
Need a record of what was taught? Import from Calendar exports any date range back into a sheet, and the Timesheet panel adds up hours per class or tutor, which helps with tutor pay.
The free plan creates up to 50 new events a month, and its limits are shown in the sidebar before anything runs. Pro is unlimited and a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
Calrows creates one event per row, not repeating series. Fill the term's dates down the sheet (Google Sheets can do this automatically) and send them all at once.
Send it to a calendar you share with them, or add them in the Guests column.
Edit the rows and send again; existing lessons are updated, not duplicated.
