Calrows

If you already block client work in Google Calendar, your billable hours are already recorded. You only need them as numbers. Here is how to turn a month of calendar time into hours and amounts per client.
Start event titles with the client: "Acme: design review", "Acme: call", "Birch: workshop". That one habit lets you filter and total by client later.
You get one row per event (date, title, start, end, hours, rate, amount), a total, and a summary by event title. All-day events are left out, since a holiday isn't billable time. Hours are rounded to two decimals, so 45 minutes is 0.75.
Run the timesheet once per person's calendar, or on a shared team calendar, and you can see where the team's hours go per client, which is how agencies spot under-billed work. Team plans cover everyone with one payment.

The free plan builds timesheets of up to 50 events at a time. Pro has no limit and is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
